SCARE Association is not responsible for any accidents, incidents, or injuries that might occur to patrons or cast members during, before, or after the event, construction or clean up. Pregnant women are not advised to participate. Elderly, disabled, or those with heart problems or other restrictive health conditions are advised to enter at their own risk and without any responsibility of health or safety to SCARE Association. Patrons are warned the event includes total darkness, extreme lighting conditions, loud noises, moving props, wet and cold environments, and a variety of other effects, including those that might be startling, terrifying, and abrupt. SCARE Association is not responsible for any damage to property or lost or stolen property. Patrons are not allowed to bring cellular phones into the attraction and will be asked to leave if they do so. No alcohol, weapons, or other paraphernalia is allowed in or around the premises. Violators will be prosecuted and escorted off premises. SCARE Association is not responsible for any injuries sustained while in the attraction or responsible for any damage to clothing from props or effects. SCARE Association will not be held responsible for any discomfort suffered by patrons once entering the premises. Once you enter you will not be allowed to exit until the end. Patrons found to be offensive or in negligence of the rules will be escorted from the event without returns of tender issued for entrance. Patrons indemnify and hold harmless SCARE Association of any responsibilities to them, their families, or personal items upon payment of ticket. No refunds will be given once money is exchanged.
